We've performed thousands of home inspections since 1994 and our goal is still the same: To help people make home ownership decisions by answering two fundamental real estate questions--Is the house itself sound? BRIAN SNOWBERG

Brian Snowberg, co-owner and president of Heartland Inspections, owned a residential remodeling company for 24 years before starting Heartland Inspections in 1994. He is an ASHI certified inspector and sits on the ASHI Minnesota Chapter’s board of directors. Brian has personally trained each of our inspectors to ensure the high level of excellence and knowledge characteristic of Heartland. You can look forward to a high quality inspection with Brian.

VICKI HOEPPNER

Vicki Hoeppner, co-owner, manages day-to-day operations and markets Heartland’s home inspection services. She spent 24 years in project management and advertising before deciding to turn her passion for homes into a career. You can look forward to good customer service from your first call through to the completion of your inspection.
