Inspection

 All utilities must be turned on,
otherwise inspection will be incomplete.
All areas of the home should be accessible
including attic, furnace, water heater, and garage.
Pets must be contained or out
of the house. They don't know us and we don't know them.
A signed inspection agreement must
be completed at the start of appointment otherwise we can't
enter
property.
Just
let
us know when
you schedule the
appointment
if you’ll be late or unable to attend. We can fax
the agreement to you in advance for your review and signature.
Payment in full is required to
release inspection or test results. We accept: check, VISA,
MasterCard, money order or cash.
